Group delegates should submit the names and passport numbers of each members of the group via email.
each delegate are eligible for a 20% discount of the registration fee.

Registration Fee Payment

Payment can be made either through Western Union, Money Gram and Bank Wire Transfer.
Delegates will receive an invoice via email, after completing the registration form online.
Delegates from India may pay the registration fee using Local Indian currency INR at a designated bank in India.
Delegates from West Africa may pay the registration fee using Local NGN at a designated bank in West Africa
Delegates from US and Canada may pay directly to our Scotia Bank Account, Account Branch - Calgary, Canada.
Cash on site or personal cheques will not be accepted.
For those paying in local currency, the exchange rate will be subject to the current exchange rate at the time of your registration.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Delegates may cancel their registration and receive a 60% refund of the registration fee not later than July 20, 2020.
Registration can be transferred if a registered delegate is unable to attend the conference.
Delegates are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee in cases of visa refusal.
